48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
New shared hosting orders are covered by a 48-hour money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 48 hours of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund of the hosting fee.
1. Eligibility
The money-back guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of shared hosting plans. Renewals, upgrades and repeated sign-ups for the same service are not eligible.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Domain registrations/renewals, dedicated IPs, SSL upgrades, third-party licenses and any add-on services are non-refundable once provisioned. Setup or administrative fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
3. After 48 Hours
After the 48-hour window, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time so you are not billed for the next term.
4. Policy Violations
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (e.g. spam, abuse, illegal content).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within the eligible window at support@vetrihost.com or WhatsApp +91 96766 87355 with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
