These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of web hosting and related services provided by VetriHost ("we", "us", "our"). By ordering or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
VetriHost provides shared StackCP web hosting and related services on a subscription basis. Plan resources, limits and features are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, abusive or harmful activity, including distributing malware, spam, phishing, infringing content, or activities that compromise server stability or other customers. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
4. Resource Usage
"Unlimited" website, storage, bandwidth and database allowances on the Enterprise plan are subject to fair-use. Accounts that consistently exceed normal usage patterns or impact other customers on the same server may be asked to upgrade or moderate consumption.
5. Backups
We provide 30-day automatic snapshots as a courtesy. You remain responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of critical data.
6. Billing & Renewals
All plans are billed yearly in advance. The price you pay is the price you renew at, unless otherwise stated. Services may be suspended for non-payment.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 48-hour money-back guarantee for eligible new orders.
8. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetriHost is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue or profits.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
